Ick! We used our glasses and in a weeklong stay they were never cleaned or changed while we were there. Also beware! This is one of those hotels that do not sterilize the glasses in a dishwasher, but the housekeepers just wash them or use glass cleaner at checkout. Also need to instruct housekeepers to put the mattress pad back on the bed smoothly before putting the bottom sheet on. If hotels can't invest in fitted sheets for starters, the mattress pad is helpful, but it's well past time to invest in new ones with functional elastic for South Point. I remade the bed, and it was much more comfortable. The bed was lumpy and horribly uncomfortable until I pulled off the flat sheet loosely untucked around the mattress and discovered a lovely old mattress pad no longer elastic around the edges, that was crumpled and wadded on the bed. My only complaint was the housekeeping department. Plus the Club card offered a few more discounts! The pool was always packed and busy, but so refreshing in the summer heat. The discount booklet of coupons made most things cost less too. The many restaurants and food outlets allowed us to eat for a week without many repeats. The summer rates for our conference made it an ideal location to take the family. The South Point offers so much more than just an off-strip casino.
